first day...

6-12 went well. 

lots of nice people... 

lots of surgery patients to get processed, vitals taken, and blood drawn...

very busy for sure!!!

I see much less sleep in my future... 

I got up at 3:50 this morning. 

I had eggs...


and a piece of whole wheat toast. 

I didn't have to sit because of feeling faint, but I did sneak away to eat a snack around 10. 

any suggestions as to what to eat that will stick with me longer?

I'm drinking coffee....

with chocolate milk as creamer...

it is remarkably delicious :o)

I have to study... 

have I mentioned how much I dislike Pathophysiology? 

I dislike pathophysiology.

okay, I really need to study.

  1. Three eggs over-easy, two pieces of whole wheat toast lightly buttered and a cup of grapefruit = my favorite breakfast. Chase it down with Dunkin Donuts Cinnamon Spice coffee with Light Vanilla Silk Soy Milk and I am a very happy camper all morning!

  2. Mr Clean said add some peanut butter somewhere, some oatmeal and take a protein or meal replacememnt bar that has 200-400 calories as a snack. Also drinking 1 % or skim milk will help too.

  3. A tiny serving of plain Greek yogurt with honey lasts me from 7:00 to noon! It is miracle food, I swear.
