this blog apparently has gone to poo poo....

Reasons:
a) Never do I get any comments.
b) I have nothing exciting to talk about because my life consists of school, school, and school.
c) I'm no longer witty.
d) or cute
e) or funny.
* are witty and funny basically the same thing? o'well *


Some randomness:
:: there were no tears after my first complete quarter of nursing school ended. All smiles. I studied hard, played hard, and won. I was am proud of myself for my accomplishments and was very pleased with my results *aka, grades*.

:: it seems as though Jesse has been gone a lot the past few weeks. Here and there with the AF Band in Dayton... it makes for many a lonely nights and two very bored dogs. I attended my first AF Band Holiday concert... as an audience member... and it was a little weird being on the other side.

:: I have a new planner for next year already... is it sick that I cannot wait to start writing in it?!?!?

:: I complain / whine when I'm stupid busy and stressed out, and I have caught myself several times the last day or two complaining that I haven't a thing to do. House cleaning not included.

:: It took several trips to the library to find a book that I could really get into... another Jodi Picoult book won. I started with 'Wicked', but because I have no imagination what.so.ever... I couldn't get into it. Then I thought of just reading the Twilight series again, but that's no fun. Then I picked up something about reading a dogs mind... all Jaco was saying is that he'd like a new and more fun Mom for Christmas. I couldn't handle it and it went back on the shelf. Finally... Jodi Picoult made the cut. Thank goodness!

:: Today... as I type this miserably lame post, it is snowing. Not sticking... just snowing. It is so beautiful to look at, the snow. I want the trees to frock!!!

:: I believe all the Christmas shopping / sending is complete. There are no cards this year, because I just didn't have the time to make any. I will make calls and hopefully a visit to local family in lieu of.

:: Since the end of school 9 days ago, I have watched 10 movies. Ridiculous. I'm going to get a pressure ulcer on my rear if I continue to be so lazy. I am all caught up on laundry, and let me tell you what a friggin' chore that was. Friends... 3+ weeks... that's how long I went without doing laundry. Shameful.

:: still no word on a job, unfortunately. I submitted 8 applications to 3 separate hospitals and no one has called for an interview. I know my time will come, but I really wish things would start working on the schedule I have all planned out in my head.

:: the house is clean
:: the kitchen is clean
:: my belly is full
:: time for some more leisure reading!
