We purchased "course packets" that have the outline of what the instructor will lecture on for that certain day. I take appropriate notes... then come home and listen to panopto (the college also records all our lectures). When I listen to panopto, I am able to really listen and write things I missed during class. Then... I re-write what I'm supposed to know on a post it. Re-writing helps me put the concepts together and also gives me an opportunity to understand things a little better. {note... I'm not saying this always works... but re-writing is a form of studying}
... and I color code. Above is water movement between our capillaries and interstitial fluid... arterial and venous blood... osmotic vs. oncotic...
you get the idea.
It is a beautiful day out. The dogs and I have been studying hard all morning/afternoon... it's time to treat these sweet chanimals of mine and take a walk to/around the park!!!!
