REMEMBER TO BREATHE!!!!... we can only take one (or sometimes a portion of one) day at a time and everything w i l l build upon itself. Remember how you felt when you were learning to ride a bike, the 1st day of boot camp, 1st day on the job in the AF, going all the way to Germany by yourself, 1st day at OSU? those were all first experiences too...how did you feel then? Now, look how far you have come.....already one year plus a summer is done. BE patient, kind & gentle with yourself; you are extremely focused, tackle things head on and work extremely hard ....you will do fine!
