*sigh*
But... it is a helluva lot better than chemistry :o)
I'm home from school for the rest of the day, have a load of laundry in the wash, and the groceries up from the trip to the store. Note to anyone interested... mashed potatoes and soymilk = disgusting!
:: I have a pretty bad headache that I'm trying to fight off
:: I desperately need a nap, but am fighting that as well. I may have to surrender to get rid of said headache.
:: I need to exercise... yup... trying to fight that too. Nah... I'll do that later :o)
:: We had a pregnant bunny visit us yesterday trying to burrow a hole for her babies... she'd been working for what looked like a while. Luckily... we saw her before the dogs did and ran her off. We put dog poop in her burrow along with a rock and a watering can. It didn't stop her... she was back several times. We warned her...
:: I really don't think I can handle another incident of my dogs murdering something. The birds that I watched for weeks were hard to bury :o( And lets not mention the squirrel that Bella brought in one night... I still have nightmares.
:: As I write... Bella is standing watch. No bunny on her turf... and if there is one, she'd rather it be in her mouth. Yuck.
I need to go. I'm going to get some sugary cereal and a diet coke... that should wake me up, huh?
How are you? Leave a post and tell me what you did this past weekend. Doesn't matter if you sat around and watched TV... I just want to hear from my friends :o)
Do I need to beg to get a few comments?
Pretty, pretty please? With a cherry on top? On one knee?
Goodbye for now, my loves. Compassion to you and yours from a rainy Columbus, Ohio.
The skeleton sounds much better than chemistry! But it's still a bummer you had to study over Easter!
ReplyDeleteI spent this weekend with my cousin Amanda - she is studying in England for the semester and came down for the weekend. We did some hiking around the area, visited Bernkastel and had a lovely Easter brunch at the Wartenburger Muhle near Sembach.
Miss you!!!
Hello friend!!!
ReplyDeleteI went to Boulder, CO this weekend to meet Lezlee's family. It snowed on Saturday! Her niece and nephews made it a very fun Easter. I miss you!!!
love,
Dearest Becky!
ReplyDeleteMy family was here. Well, most of them. My Mom, Dad and Sister came for Easter but Gene went to Texas. He has to be there this week for work and I had to be in Kansas City on Monday for work so we split up for this holiday. I don't like doing that but it was so nice to have my folks and Lindsy here. Mom and Dad hadn't seen the house yet so they were very excited to come visit. Unfortunately it rained most of the time. It has rained most of this spring actually. We are getting a little tired of trying to wear the dogs out inside. Outdoor runs are so much better for that. I think with all the rain we've had it has put our fence company behind schedule too so we don't have that yet either. Boo. We went to church and had a nice dinner at my house and my neighbor came too. I miss you. Will I ever hear from you again?!!!
Much love!!!!!
B
