break. over.

As much as I hate to admit it... my spring break is quickly - too quickly - coming to an end.

What a GREAT time I had! Honest. No lies. Termites and all.

Jesse and I started our spring break a few days late because he was fighting a terrible cold. We started our long drive to North Carolina on Thursday... arriving 10 hours later. A quick visit with Kitty and Neal, an uh-mazing Outback dinner, a quick nights rest then back on the road. After another 10 hours, we arrived in my favorite place... My house in Tampa! Unfortunately we turned around and left a mere 4 days later for our 16.5 hour drive to Columbus.

I had a great visit with my Mom... always do whenever I am near her. A powerful, strong, intelligent woman who I idol and admire and hope to become. I love you Mom!

Back at the ranch, we realized that we have termites... buggies that are not welcome in my home. No structural damage, but definitely a problem that needs fixed and rid of. They swarmed in our basement on Thursday... by Friday our landlord had two estimates and a tentative scheduled treatment for Tuesday afternoon. Awesome!

School starts tomorrow. I can't say that I'm excited yet... more SCARED than anything.

14 hours... lots of memorization... no night classes.... all early mornings.

So, on my last night of scholastic freedom, I'm going to make some medical terminology flashcards, drink red wine, and listen to music! The dogs are chill. Sam is chill. Jesse will soon be practicing.
